Is Wags 4 Walks insured?

Yes, we is fully bonded and insured through Pet Sitters Associates LLC.

Does the 60 minute playgroup include travel time?

No, drive time is not included in the 60 minutes.  Your wagger will be at the park for a full hour.  

Will my dog have different walkers each time?

It is extremely important that your dog develops a strong bond with their walker.  The only way for this to happen is to have the same walker each time.  Your dog will get to know their walker and vice versa:-) If your walker is on vacation or is sick, I will email you and give you the option to cancel or to use a different walker. 

Where will you be taking my dog?

Wags 4 Walks is licensed to bring dogs off leash in the town of Weston.  Walkers go to either Cat Rock or to The Weston Resevoir.  These two parks have a ton of hiking trails and lots of water for the dogs to go swimming.   It is also a great place for you to take your pup on the weekend!!  If you have never been there please reach out to me for directions!!

How do I pay?

Payment is due the last day of the week that a service is received.  For example, if your wagger goes to group Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, payment is due on Friday.

What if i need to cancel a walk? 

You may cancel up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled walk.  Clients will be charged for the walk for any cancellations made after the 24 hour mark.

Will you come in the rain?

We are like the mailman!!  We come in rain, snow, or shine!
